If a client steps of the boat unhappy and unsatisfied then we have failed.
A happy and a satisfied client should be thinking of the possibilities of their next voyage with us when they step ashore, and have had a moment to reflect.
We invite and encourage client feed back. A Feedback Form will be provided at the end of your course, please use it as this allows us to constantly improve our service. Or call or send us an email, with your positive and negative comments and observations.
